Team Enoch HVAC Installation Warranty

When You Buy an HVAC System, You're Buying Two Warranties

The manufacturer's warranty covers the equipment. The labor warranty covers the work it takes to repair it. Both matter — and most homeowners only hear about the first one. Here's exactly what you get when Team Enoch installs your system.

✓ 2-Year Labor Warranty Included
✓ 10-Year Manufacturer Parts Warranty
✓ Registration Handled For You

Two Layers of Protection

One System. Two Separate Warranties.

A new HVAC system is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your home. Understanding the difference between these two warranties tells you exactly who to call — and what it will cost — if something ever goes wrong.

1

Provided by the Manufacturer

Manufacturer's Parts Warranty

10 Years on parts

Trane, Daikin, Goodman, Lennox, Carrier, and Mitsubishi stand behind their equipment. If a covered component fails — a compressor, coil, or motor — the manufacturer provides the replacement part. It covers the part only, not the labor to diagnose and install it, and it's only valid when the equipment is properly registered.

2

Provided by Team Enoch

Labor Warranty

2 Years standard — upgradable to 5 or 10

This is Team Enoch's promise on the workmanship and the labor. If your system needs a covered repair during the labor warranty period, we handle the diagnosis and the repair labor. Without a labor warranty, a "free" warranty part can still cost hundreds of dollars in labor to replace.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Registration Is Required — And We Handle It For You

Every brand we install requires the equipment to be registered by an authorized dealer within 60 days of installation to receive the full manufacturer's warranty. Miss that window and coverage can drop by half — or be voided entirely. Team Enoch registers your equipment within two weeks after your invoice is paid, and we send you the confirmation for your records.

What Voids a Manufacturer's Warranty

Manufacturers deny warranty claims more often than homeowners realize. These are the most common reasons a claim gets rejected:

Lack of Annual Maintenance

Nearly every manufacturer warranty requires documented annual professional maintenance. Skipping a year can void coverage — even on a major component like a compressor.

Non-Authorized Repairs

Warranty repairs must be performed by a factory authorized dealer. It doesn't have to be Team Enoch — but it does have to be a factory authorized dealer for your brand.

Improper Modifications

Aftermarket components, refrigerant additives, or electrical modifications made outside manufacturer specifications can void your coverage.

Missing Registration

Unregistered equipment typically drops from 10–12 years of coverage to just 5. Team Enoch registers every installation for you, so this never becomes your problem.

Damage From Neglect

Skipped filter changes, a blocked outdoor unit, or ignoring known problems until they cause bigger failures — damage from neglect isn't covered by any warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty FAQs

Team Enoch's Labor Warranty

Every Installation Includes a 2-Year Labor Warranty

A warranty part is free — but the labor to diagnose the problem and install that part is not, unless you have a labor warranty. Every Team Enoch HVAC installation comes standard with a 2-year labor warranty, and you can extend that protection to 5 or 10 years at the time of installation.

Included With Every Install

2

Year Labor Warranty

Standard on every Team Enoch HVAC installation at no additional cost. Covered repair labor is on us for two full years.

5

Year Labor Warranty

Extend your labor coverage to five years for longer-term peace of mind through the years when repairs start to become more likely.

10

Year Labor Warranty

Match your labor coverage to your 10-year parts warranty — a covered failure in year nine costs you no repair labor.

What the Labor Warranty Covers

  • Repair labor for covered equipment failures during the warranty period
  • Workmanship issues related to your installation
  • Diagnosis and replacement labor for covered manufacturer warranty parts
  • Refrigerant line, electrical, and duct connections we installed

What It Doesn't Cover

  • Condensate drain clogs — clogs are a plumbing issue, not an equipment or installation failure
  • Airflow issues caused by your existing ductwork that Team Enoch did not replace
  • Filters and routine maintenance items
  • Damage from neglect, misuse, or acts of nature
  • Repairs made by non-Team Enoch contractor

$49 Trip Fee

Labor warranty visits carry a flat $49 trip fee — that's it. The diagnosis and covered repair labor are on us. No hourly labor charges, no surprises on the invoice.

The Team Enoch Difference

Why Who Installs Your System Matters

Even the best equipment depends on the installer. Here's what Team Enoch does on every installation to make sure your warranty actually delivers when you need it.

Full Warranty Activated

Authorized dealer installation activates the full 10–12 year manufacturer warranty. A non-authorized install can cut that coverage in half or void it entirely.

Registration Handled

We register your equipment within two weeks after your invoice is paid — well inside every manufacturer's 60-day window — and send you the confirmation.

Correct Installation = Fewer Claims

Proper sizing, refrigerant charge, and airflow mean your equipment runs the way it was engineered to — which means fewer warranty claims to begin with.

Documentation on File

We keep complete installation records. When you call with a warranty issue, we know exactly what was installed, when, and how — no digging for paperwork.

Maintenance Plans Protect Your Manufacturer Warranty

Almost every manufacturer warranty requires documented annual professional maintenance. If a compressor fails in year seven and you can't prove your system was maintained, the manufacturer can deny the claim — and that's a repair that can run into the thousands.

A Team Enoch membership is essentially warranty insurance. Every maintenance visit is documented and kept on file, so your coverage stays intact and your system stays efficient. Members also get priority scheduling and discounts on any repairs along the way.

Bronze Plan

$225 / year

  • Biannual HVAC maintenance — documented for warranty compliance
  • Roofing inspections*
  • 5% discount on services
  • Financing available with approved credit

*Roofing inspections available in the DFW area only.
