Team Enoch ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including service quotes and estimates, in Texas.
3. Estimates
Estimates and quotes provided by phone, text, email, or PDF are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They are not a binding contract and may change after an on-site inspection by a technician.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program: Team Enoch sends one-time, transactional text messages confirming that a requested service estimate has been emailed, and that a technician will follow up.
Opt-In: You consent to receive text messages by verbally agreeing during a phone call with our team. Consent is optional and is not required to receive an estimate or any service.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; this is a transactional program (typically one message per estimate).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Enoch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or messaging program.
