Each membership level includes different benefits:

• Bronze: Biannual HVAC maintenance, roofing inspections, 5% discount.
• Silver: Adds water heater flush, drain unclogging, electrical safety check, and 10% discount.
• Gold: Includes all Silver benefits plus duct cleaning and a full plumbing inspection, with a 15% discount.
