Labor Warranty

All electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing installations come with original manufacturer’s warranty on parts and 1 year of workmanship warranty from Team Enoch. Team Enoch’s workmanship warranty warrants repairs or installations to be free from defects in workmanship from the date the repair is completed for a period of (1) year of normal use.

Team Enoch reserves the right to inspect the areas at issue to determine the cause of the alleged defects. If the defects are determined to be within the scope of our workmanship warranty, Team Enoch will make the necessary repairs at no cost to you.

The covered person/entity must provide written notice to Team Enoch. within 30 days after discovery of any claimed defect covered by this warranty and before beginning any repair. The notice must describe the location and details of the defect and such information as is necessary for Team Enoch to investigate the claim under our workmanship warranty; upon discovery of a possible defect, the covered person/entity must immediately, at the covered person/entity’s sole expense, provide for protection of all property that could be affected until the defect is remedied.

This workmanship warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from or in any way attributable to: neglect; misuse; abuse; repair or alteration made by anyone other than Team Enoch, settlement or structural movement and/or movement of materials to which installed products are attached; damage from incorrect design of the structure; issues due to clogged plumbing lines; acts of nature including, but not limited to, hurricanes, fallen trees, tornado’s, floods, earthquakes, severe weather or other natural phenomena; lack of proper maintenance as prescribed by manufacturer; and any cause other than workmanship defects attributable to Team Enoch.

Any travel costs required to obtain the replacement part will be charged at our standard travel fee and/or hourly rate as appropriate. Any fees/costs incurred to retrieve replacement parts such as shipping costs will be the liability of the purchaser. 

Any materials required to replace a part will be charged at our standard materials cost if not covered by the manufacturer themselves.

Enoch assumes no responsibility for any added costs and/or limitations associated with the procurement of parts by the manufacturer and is not responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser caused by the downtime of aforementioned equipment. If Enoch maintains such equipment or is designated to provide support of any kind during downtime this will be charged at our standard rates.

Equipment warranty between purchaser and equipment provider is subject to the restrictions of the equipment provider. It is purchaser’s responsibility to educate themselves on the particular limitations and restrictions of the equipment warranty and the corresponding manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own designations and requirements for the claims and maintenance of equipment warranties.

If an Enoch customer is in financial default with either Team Enoch, the manufacturer or the bank financing a project then the warranty is subject to being forfeited. If the customer does not properly maintain the equipment and protect it reasonably from damage than the warranty is subject to being forfeited.

Once our labor warranty expires Enoch will continue to maintain equipment at our standard labor rates should the purchaser choose to continue to entrust us with the equipment provided the purchaser maintains good standing with Team Enoch.
